We may collect the following information when you use our contact form, enter competitions, or join our listener club:

• Name and contact details (email address, phone number)
• Demographic information such as your location
• Any other information relevant to listener surveys or promotions

What We Do With the Information

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your computer's hard drive. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used and to improve our website. You can choose to accept or decline cookies through your browser settings.

Controlling Your Personal Information

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. If you believe any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us.

Buying vouchers

When you buy a voucher we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and address so that we can issue your voucher, prevent fraud and help with any problems. The business providing the deal may see your name and voucher code when you redeem it.

Payments are processed by Stripe, who receive your card details directly. Fictions Radio never sees or stores them. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

We keep purchase records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, and then delete them. You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct it, at any time.
